As night fell, brilliant lights illuminated the stadium and the surrounding night sky. Visual representations of Xi'an's iconic landmarks, including the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Bell Tower, brought elements of the city's history into the celebration.
The message "Ancient Chang'an, World Stage" reflected Xi'an's cultural identity and its warm welcome to football fans and visitors.
