Slovak Client Visits NJ Laser Tech Factory, Strengthening Future Cooperation

A client from Slovakia recently visited Xi'an NJ Laser Tech Co., Ltd. for a factory tour and technical exchange. The visit offered a closer look at our laser source manufacturing, RGB laser projector assembly, testing and quality control processes.

IN-HOUSE LASER MANUFACTURING
During the tour, the client visited our Class 1,000 cleanroom and learned how NJ Laser Tech manufactures laser source modules and assembles professional laser lighting systems.
From optical assembly and electronic integration to final machine assembly, our in-house production processes help us maintain consistent product quality and support customized laser solutions for different applications.
TESTING & QUALITY CONTROL
The client also explored our testing equipment and quality inspection procedures, including:
- Ophir laser power meters
- Spectrometers and beam quality testing equipment
- Infrared thermal imaging systems
- Aging test cabinets
- Waterproof and vibration testing equipment
Before shipment, our laser systems undergo 48-hour continuous aging tests to check operating stability.
We also measure actual laser output power at the projector aperture, helping ensure that delivered products meet their stated power specifications.
